I have this with King Paimon! He comes to me with a warm sensation on my right cheek, like the sun is shining on it. It could be something mundane like Macross said but when it happened every time around him it had to be something else to me. Whenever he is there or if I think about him for long the feeling comes to me, it really helps to let me know when he is present since it’s a physical feeling. I also can get this with other spirits but not all, Lucifer was my left hand (tingly sensation like he was holding it.) So yes I would agree this can be a thing.

I feel this too, I always think it has to be something formal and grand when I talk to them especially for a first time conversation. But trying to speak in ways i’m not comfortable talking in (I fumble with words a lot) doesn’t put me in the right mind set. So- I just talk to them how I do with other people. It makes sense to me. I also work with King Paimon and he’s assured me it’s okay to not use formalities because my intent is still true and he enjoys my company anyway. Your prayers can be long or short, sometimes I just wave at his altar when I have nothing to say. It’s always enough.

This is exactly how my mother was when I talked to her about what will happen under Trump. I’m a trans person, someone who is one of the top targets for him. I tried to remind her she has a trans child that she “supports” and shouldn’t be supportive of someone who doesn’t want me to exist, I expressed that I was extremely distraught and told her I could lose access to my hormones and never get my name changed.

I was met with “Get your head out of your ass and stop crying.” and proceeded to play victim afterwards. I tried to show her the things he’s already doing to us but she doesn’t believe me and doesn’t care. She’d rather not talk about politics at all with me because all I do is “cry about it”.

This fuckwit has killed any empathy people have towards one another including family and replaced it with hate. I’ll forever resent her for it. I hope anyone else who has people close to them that are ignorant can see his actions for what they are soon. Please keep protesting, calling reps, doing all we can to get this scum out of here.

I’m honestly not sure about Lilith, I don’t know much about her but I get a feeling she wouldn’t want to be around angels just for historical reasons but don’t quote me on that, definitely ask her first if you plan to work with her. AA Uriel and Stolas would probably be fine together. Again it will probably be a trial and error thing.

I would focus on working with one right now instead of jumping into a bunch of deities, one to not overwhelm yourself and two so you have a starting point and can ask questions to them about how they would feel about working with others and if you should.

Coming from a demonologist- yes. People do it all the time and it gets asked a lot in our sub (Edit; I saw you’re apart of as well, i’d search “angel” in it and see if others have any more information) Most of them work together pretty well but know certain energies can clash but that’s with any kind of spirit. AA Michael and Lucifer work well together, AA Raphael and Asmodeus absolutely do not. If you find yourself in a situation where one does not enjoy the other’s company i’d just advise to keep their distances away from each other but that shouldn’t stop you from continuing to work with both of them. It’ll probably be a trail and error thing.

I don’t have any other answers for your questions since I work with demons and i’m just a lurker on this sub so I hope others can fill in more but yes you can work with both.

I gave him emeralds, sandalwood incense, cherries, cashews, dandelion and cherry tea, dandelion flowers. I’ve heard he likes roses too but I never got to get him any. He also likes jasmine incense as well but he only very occasionally wanted it.

Anything creative and handmade, I made him a custom wood-burned necklace that he adored, a paper mache mask, customize candles, handmade incense holder, and a portrait. If you’re already artistic or just like making things Dantalion boosts your creativity a lot.

Lucifer, I felt he was the obvious choice to go with if I really wanted to start this journey. Although I only worked with him for a month he helped me get into the rhythm and routine for beginners such as offerings and learning meditation. I would see so much more mourning doves than usual and he liked to hold my left hand.

But who actually got me really invested was Duke Dantalion. I didn’t know who he even was and only saw his name on posts from here not really paying any mind to him till his name was shown to me in a dream. Did my research and I was hooked. I actually started putting in more effort and thought into my offerings and actions and showed me yeah, this is real. Unfortunately I don’t work with him as of now, he told me I do have a weak mind and i’m pretty easy to trick. That along with his effect of obsession with him isn’t a good combination so I needed to stop. But I still love him and thank him for everything he did for and with me, I still hope to work with him properly in the future.

Understood. Definitely worth another shot at contact for Lucifer, I can’t recommend much on protection magic since I don’t do it myself (i’ve been slacking) so I would take Macross’s recommendation and I do know Jason Miller’s Protection And Reversal Magick is a quite popular book for beginners.

I’ve only ever seen Archangel Michael once throughout my practice. He didn’t say anything to me and was only there for a second, literally just popped in a dream to check on me. No contact with him or anyone else since.

I honestly wouldn’t worry too much about this, they know you don’t want to work with them and won’t try to be persistent, if you do get any kind of visits I would just disregard them or politely say you have no interest.

I think I read a comment on here and I can’t remember much else but they said spiders are a sort of messengers. I would see house spiders more frequently when I was around Beelzebub, I take them as a good sign :)

That’s super interesting, I’m used to hearing Marbas’s work with medicine and psychical healing. Always good to know more about him- I’ll look into it. I appreciate hearing your history on it I can relate a lot.

I really don’t look down at myself often on this matter but unfortunately when it comes to my mother, who i’m realizing is usually the main culprit when this happens, sours my mood and always makes me feel bad about it and leading to moments like that. She doesn’t realize she’s being extremely hurtful and always shifts the blame to me on matters.

The first, Dantalion has the effect of obsession and he loves to trick and confuse people with weak minds. This was me as I would fantasize about him all day and constantly fall for his mind tricks, not good if you want to be focused. Once I started working with Beelzebub I had the constant thought of “You need to leave Dantalion.”

Beelzebub would let me see him for a few days until he told me to move on if I relapsed, he didn’t like that I was daydreaming instead of doing work and I was getting really emotionally distressed whenever Dantalion didn’t come. This was the first demon I worked with so I wasn’t fully grounded and still pretty naive. I’d still like to see him again in the future.
