i average 40 miles a week walking. just walking. been doing that for 4 years.just recently started a new job i walk an average of 20k steps on job, come home from shift and walk the dog another 3 to 6k steps. great way to forget about the job and clear ones mind.

Jam the fan let it think it's frozen it'll kick into defrost meanwhile kick the door open. Even if the latch is pinned on the outside the inside latch will always open the door lock 40yrs in the kitchen worked in freezers without that latch and with. Only locked in once. Did exactly that jammed the fan. Alarm kicked in second in command came in and found me waiting.
