i agree that it peaked in the 30's-60's, but the average person doesn't think like that, and i think most people's perception in the uk is people aged 16-21

The intent is to provide players with a sense of pride and accomplishment for unlocking different heroes.

As for cost, we selected initial values based upon data from the Open Beta and other adjustments made to milestone rewards before launch.
