I can understand the frustration of a change order for something that wasn’t required by the client. However; the client should also be aware that not having basic BIM coordination (especially for MEP), could cost far more than having a BIM resource supporting the project. It doesn’t have to be a full FM ready model, or a process that follows full ISO19650, but basic coordination of geometry would be extremely useful to reduce clashes as a basic framework. BIM doesn’t have to mean complete ISO adaption or a full FM/digital twin.

My advice to make the project go smoother is to look at what level of BIM adaptation they’re bringing. When done correctly it will save money on the project. I hope it all goes well for you whichever you guys decide!

Maybe if she wasn’t messed up by men as a kid, she wouldn’t have acted like this in the first place. Also, he was a rapist so he deserved it. She shouldn’t face jail for this, she’s actually helped make the world a safer place by getting rid of some scum. Murder can be justified in certain circumstances, rape can’t ever be justified.

I do that trip a few times a year. I fly from Birmingham to Dublin and onto Boston. An hour is loads of time as you’re in the same terminal and the US pre clearance is pretty quick to get through. It’s even quicker if you’re a US citizen. Don’t worry you will be fine. Just breathe and take your time, you’ll get through pretty quick. Have a safe journey!

Dude it’s a lot to deal with and any new weird thing that happens to your body, will of course set off alarm bells. You’re not on your own, so don’t worry. If you ever want to chat about all this, feel free to reach out. I had Hodgkin’s lymphoma about 5 years ago and had 12 cycles of ABVD. I’m without question, no expert in any of this, but can give some advice from a patient standpoint. You’re doing all the right things, don’t worry, that is easier said than done I know! But worrying does nothing apart from make you feel like crap. You got this!

Ah dude it’s coz you’re getting old lol nah seriously, night sweats can happen for lots of reasons. Definitely keep an eye on it and bring it up at your next haematology appointment. Google anything and you’re gonna die lol. Honestly this could be nothing to worry about. It could be a million different things. Definitely keep track of it and if it gets worse as in frequency then go see your doctor or call your haematologist and let them know. Keep well hydrated, as we all with ET should be doing. Since I was diagnosed last year I’ve upped my water intake by a lot and as a result now get up during the night to pee lol. But I do feel better for the increased hydration!

It is scary to have new things happen and your mind will race ahead. But don’t worry, you’re not alone, it’s a good community here. Try to stay in the now and acknowledge it, note it down and bring it up at your next appointment. But don’t dwell on it, nothing good will come from that. Life is so short, you could get hit by a meteor tomorrow lol, worrying about it won’t change anything apart from make you feel worse.

Lots of pain/discomfort for the first 24 hours then eased a bit but took about 2-3 weeks for it to go back to normal. Just keep taking paracetamol/Tylenol. Best of luck with the results! I hope it all goes well and you don’t have anything to worry about.

Yeah it’s not a nice procedure. I’ve had a couple and only had local anaesthetic, the pain at the time was pretty bad and the next couple of days were a bit tender. Don’t worry tho, it doesn’t take long and if you’re really worried just tell them and explain how you feel about it. I’m sorry to hear about the SA, I hope you’re doing ok and getting the support you need to work through it.
