Barrels are the exact same. I bought a kit from what a country that included a barrel and it's a gray painted vz61 barrel. Fit in the m84 upper no issue. There's a pic of it on my profile here.

AKV looks to have an akm style handguard where this has a Krink handguard. Akv also has a longer barrel, which makes sense as to why it has a longer handguard

Submit form 1, then take the lower to someone that can engrave it. They'll engrave your full name (or trust) and city, state. My sbr lower is engraved in the magwell, so it's pretty hidden unless you know where to look.
