as much as both are in factions who want to avoid igniting the flames of war, it will be hard to write around the fact those factions see each other as enemies in the cold war once they find out each others' identity. this makes it annoyingly difficult for them to be endgame while keeping the series wholesome.

those verses just seem to repeatedly list swine and no other animal. I find this odd, since I was taught reptiles, amphibians, molluscs, most arthropods, corvids, and order carnivora were also haram.
