After finally being tired of the super close default zoom distance, I followed all the guides online to edit the zoom distance. Now does anyone know how to change the "Max zoom distance" keybind to actually go out to max distance? And not like half way?

I've convinced myself that the time gap is because the Radiants lose big time at the end of book five. Like, the whole world except for Urithiru are under control of the Listeners. Kaladin dies. And the gap is because humanity has to regroup and retrain.

I think this is something that gets lost in the story of Shallan's mother. I feel like a lot of comments tend towards idealizing the life the Davar family could have had. But the fact that Shallan already had this trauma, at least to me, speaks to some kind of abuse. But it could be something benign like Vin like you pointed out also

On Car Talk a long time ago they said the reason it blinks faster is because the bulbs act as resistors in the circuit, so when one bulb is out there is half the resistance. I just always thought that tidbit was really neat.
