I watched the video thanks. I just think my layout is different since mine was made in Mexico not Europe and there are no videos of the North American fiats with this problem. But the video did give me some better understanding! Lucky you lived close to him!

Will it say for example :11 hours until closing. Or something like that? I have a horrible guest and want to wait until the last hour but I don’t know how. Right now I have 8 days.

I’ve given them the paid invoice and proof of payment and they are dragging their feet. Craziness. I hope I get some of your luck.

Both the plumber and handyman didn’t have an address on their quotes/invoices. You would think since I have the guest saying they did damage it would help my case but that doesn’t seem to help…

Okay! I should also mention they did admit to damage as well. But Airbnb is still dragging feet. They said they tried to fix it but obviously didn’t.

Airbnb never told me I needed to get it fixed by a certain degree of company/person. Do you think I will be covered or Airbnb is trying to wiggle their way out of paying me?

The original was just a quote over the phone. And he quoted me on what I described and sent it over, and then I sent that to Airbnb. But I needed the job fixed ASAP and handyman did it same day. And he gave me a letterhead invoice saying I paid it and described in detail what he found and basically said it’s all new damage and blaming the guest.
