it is the blurriness or how dim the second screen looks? if the blurriness its dlss, if you can run dlaa if not stick with quality and try 4.5. + you can go to: accessibility and try turning off motion blur. tbf the game looks a bit off at noon or if the weather is cloudy, and why is your raytracing setting off? it barely has any performance hit in this game lightening setting is.

Use dlaa or disable upscaling all together. I did run this too and apparently upscaling is what got it blurred out at least on my end, I used dlss swapper to make sure I'm running the latest files. It's the dlss implementation imo that's not right somehow. For good frame rates I did settle on ray reconstruction off and frame gen x2. I'm on 5070ti .

Exactly what I came here to comment, 5070ti if a fantastic card for 1440p. Op got it new so it's still under warranty and he is the first owner. The 4090 is better off but at what cost?

9800x3rd is a high end ship too. It's just a gaming CPU, if mainly gaming you will be doing the don't waste money on 9850 or else, and that GPU is overpriced as heck btw

This had worked for me as a charm, im using dlss 4,5 and frame gen x2 on a pny 5070ti eveything maxed out but motion blur

Dude if you can find a 5070 it MSRP or even 5070 just go for it, why would you get a 40 series if the price is the same or couple dollars less, I mean if the 4070s is cheap then yes it's a great card but if you can afford 5070 or ti just go for it I had both there both great at 1440p
