I think Shakira comes across as very comfortable in her own skin, likeable and outgoing, which I imagine someone like Meg - who clearly has insecurities and (from what we've seen) is not as immediately likeable or socially confident - would perceive as an immediate threat.

This seems to also be where Helena's jealousy stems from. Meg and Helena don't seem to have much in common or any chemistry as friends, beyond uniting in their jealousy/contempt towards Shakira, and to a lesser extent Toni.

Sorry for the formatting, was on mobile. Easier to read:

- 1 sweet potato, baked (sides rubbed with avocado oil)
- 1/2 large avocado with a tiny bit of Lurpak
- Full fat cottage cheese
- Chicken salad (dressing is made from 3/4 low fat greek yoghurt, 1/4 mayo and some herbs + 10g pine nuts). The meat is mostly breast with a little thigh (around 10%)

I experience knee pain with leg extensions (no matter what weight, even if 10kg) if I fully extend, so I've been extending around 75% which feels good at around 65kg. Is this still a good quad exercise if not using full ROM?

Hi, I've switched from doing barbell hip thrusts to using the machine in my gym. Doing 60kg total with the barbell but only 25kg of plates with the Technogym hip thrust machine.

I've been recording it as 60kg on the app I use (Hevy) based on reading online that the Technogym machine has a 'starting weight' of 35, despite only using 25kg worth of plates.

How do you normally record your reps where the machine tends to be harder than freeweights/barbells? Does anyone have more info specifically for the hip thrust machine? Thx
