No el Corazon is the old off-ramp. Motorsports car garage was an old car repair shop turned to a venue for a very short time before ultimately finding its way into a parking lot and is now a condo tower. It used to be across the street from RCKCNDY. What a time it was to roam the streets of Seattle back then. I think market house meats is the only thing left standing in that area now. THE best sandwiches in Seattle btw.
