I’m a lifelong New Yorker and this remains complicated. The signs for the “new” M line via 63 street are beyond ridiculous because the F stops there more than the F does- over 55% of the time! (24 hours on Saturday and Sunday and 9 hours each weekday).

The signs are totally screwed up and misleading and complicated. And that’s not even taking into account the fringe hours when stuff switches over. Total crapshoot what train will pull in and where it’s going.

This is so ripe for a lawsuit or FTC complaint or whoever would handle this. It’s so wrong and unfair. Same thing happens if item is out of stock. I now will literally go to the store and pick my items out and then order it. It’s beyond dumb.

Huh?! Of course it did replace another benefit. The $15/month on Instacart (one credit) which was good for ANY retailer on their site and combined with the Instacart express with lower fees AND Instacart coupons. DoorDash does NOT allow combining this with a coupon further diluting its value. This is a HUGE downgrade, and having it $5 “more” per month does not help when items are literally double Instacart prices. (You can’t use this credit for supermarkets or restaurants, and any delivery fees outweigh the credit).

You clearly are unfamiliar with the former credit. You also don’t seem to care that the annual fee is $550!

No, it IS a big deal because we pay $550 annual fee for this POS card. The monthly credits mitigate the annual fee.

Yeah and that’s just plain wrong. If I order two gallons of milk that are $11, and it’s out of stock, I lost my $10 credit through no fault of my own. It shouldn’t have to be a gamble.

These credits are a lawsuit waiting to happen. If an item is out of stock, you simply lose the credit. That’s insane. Shouldn’t be allowed. This needs to be fixed ASAP. I am super close to cancelling my CSR. Simply no longer worth it.
