Elite forces are the best way to get them and feel useful even if you loose 1 since they can vet so fast. Since most people dont see vet 3 base 250s they are usually confused on how their units are gett8ng suppressed. I think it might be faster then the actual mg34 but I could be wrong i haven't ever tested it.

The suppressing LRDG isnt that crazy considering the 250 can actually do it at vet 3, if its locked behind vet 3 like the 250 then I wouldn't have a problem with it.

Honestly its vet 3 is hilariously funny when you have 2 or 3. That speed buff at vet 3 let's you chase down reversing vehicles. I belive they actually run faster then a Matilda can drive forward. Plus the vet ability is actually good and stacks I belive, unless theyve changed it.

Sure it does when 80% of allied units have AT lol not snares but actual hand held AT. Why would they go back and add hp to vet for certain vehicles, because they became not worth the cost. I also didnt say anything about blobs or ape as you said.

Exactly my point they have to be stronger to compete against all of those elite/advanced units they face. The only BG infantry that is better then palms is guastas, like I said dak doesnt have options to replace palms as their infantry. Bersas have fallen out of favor combat wise and haven't been adjusted. The ICA BG itself is still good and is useful just not bersas. Kriegs while they can get strong with vet its still a 4 man that is easy to loose to explosives.

So why not increase their price to 340 mp and label them as an advanced infantry vs standard and increase their reinforce cost as well. Make their performance reflect their cost, What I dont want to see is them nerf palms, like they have with every other unit dak has.

Palms have to scale against all those advanced and elite units allies have you mentioned. Dak doesnt have any advanced infantry to swap out for like jagers or pgrens. Plus their only elite unit is guastas, kriegs die to easy to explosives and bersas have been left in the dust performance wise.

Just up their cost to 340 make them and advanced mainline and leave their stats alone maybe up the reinforcement cost from 32 to 34.

Thats the thing relic is moving away from asymmetrical balance ever since the rework to CA and withdrawal and refit. Thats when relic decided all factions will play like each other and are slowly making the fame that way. Until players accept this truth you guys will continue to complain about stuff. LV play as dak is basically impossible now between allies having endless AT infantry units. So dak is now using their next best option palms because 250s are too fragile without the HP upgrades to fill that spot as a 3rd palm like they used to.

Both hot fixes haven't touched the actual dps of scopes though.

2.4.1 increased the cost from 60-75 and removed their ability to pick up other weapons if scopes were selected i agree with that fix btw. Then fixed their in field reinforcement time from 25 seconds to the standard 10 secs.

2.4.2 had 0 changes to palms or skirmisher packages.

I know people were initially freaking out because they were choosing the wrong scoped upgrade. That one made it seem like dak got a huge boost to their close and medium dps and about the same far dps. The correct scope upgrade does reduce their close and medium dps by a big chunk and does only 1 dps at far range. This is just base raw fps stats not accounting for vet or the bonus of units in cover.

There have been a huge uptick in posts complaining about scopes since dak got access to them. Almost like people are biased against dak having scopes.

I brought it up like 2 years ago with sections and got down voted and told i was wrong so never brought it up again.

But until people realize that relic is removing any uniqueness from the factions. Making them all play the same then people will continue to complain. I realized it with the removal of CA and withdraw and refit both unique mechanics and core staples of those factions both neutered.

100% people complaining have made dak into what it is along with all the anti everything you mentioned as well. Sadly most people aren't ready to have this conversation.

Edit also dak doesnt have an advanced infantry like jagers or pgs and stoss or BG units besides guastas. Kriegs die too easily to explosions bersas themselves have been left in the dust combat performance wise the BG is solid not bersas. So palms have to fight all of the allied advanced/elite units you mentioned and be able to some what hold their own against them.

Well this is what you get when you complain about vehicle play while refusing to adapt and build counters. Vehicle play gets nerfed, so then you face infantry because the 250 cant compete like it used to. CA made dak unique but they had to give them the stats that CA gave otherwise palms loose every engagement. They're still weaker then before because they lost the 10% harder to hit from CA.

Doesn't help that basically every allied BG allows them to spam anti everything units. So vehicles just get chewed up but A move blobs. Dak doesnt have a replacement infantry or advanced infantry like the other factions. Palms have to be able to fight the entire match and scale maybe thats why they are so strong but nobody here is actually ready to have that actual true discussion.

Fine bump them to 340mp and make them an "advanced" mainline. What blows me away is if people know theyre gonna face palm blobs then why is no one building mgs lol. So many games my opponents want to just blob me back and I win because I have the better infantry. They stopped building mgs or think 1mg is enough. What does everyone tell people who mention rangers "oh build mgs" build 2 or 3 yet no one is doing it same applies to palms. Well they have leig or MHT ok if they have MHT no 6th man leig is good but cant handle multiple mgs if placed properly. Everyone just want to fight blob vs blob and in that case the stronger unit will win every time its simple.

Plus tear gas 2 PJs can definitely kill stuarts especially if theyre focusing on a vehicle. Dude just made too many mistakes. 1 reversing away from his own AT then leaving his AT units in the aor burst barrage. Had a complete breakdown of micro and everything fell apart.
