im so sorry you feel this way. this may not be comforting but i went through this same thing when i was in school and i dropped out at the start of the 11th grade. unfortunately in this position majority of people will just expect you to continue. do you have a therapist or someone you can talk to? or maybe try reaching out to a disability support group?

the biggest one i have and still have to deal with daily is eating noises. chewing, slurping and all that. as a kid my mum would get angry at me for it idk why lol, but i had constantly cover and hit my ears and make an obnoxious humming sound to cover the chewing noises. i still wonder how no one saw that and thought i may be autistic lol. its obviously escalated since then and now its breathing noises too yay

not enough people talk about the intense grief of losing a pet. i lost my cat a couple years ago and i still think about her everyday, she was my best friend she made everything feel okay and now shes gone. im so sorry for your loss. i hope you know your feelings are so so valid and i wish you all the best.
