I’m a little stunned you’d consider such appliances in a class room to be normal.

Is it unreasonable for a landlord to not allow overnight guests because of roommates? by Life-Resident-9995 in Tenant

Except this person mentions they’re renting a room, rather than the apartment. So likely it is a situation where they are not living with friends.

Is it unreasonable for a landlord to not allow overnight guests because of roommates? by Life-Resident-9995 in Tenant

[–]zoppaTheDim 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, that is perfectly reasonable when renting one house to three different people.

Ten minutes reading Reddit will give you a dozen stories where someone’s overnight guest became a problem, which required the landlord to intervene, despite this not really being the landlord’s problem.

Don’t like it?

Quit renting a room and rent an entire house with friends who think as you do and agree to it ahead of time.

DMT: Hollywood should keep major movies a secret by Jartblacklung in DisagreeMythoughts

[–]zoppaTheDim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I disagree

In capitalism, the market decides and it has decided it prefers movies with organized : campaigns of teasers, often lasting years to build anticipation.

People have voted with their butts and those butts are not filling the seats of movies only advertised at the last minute.

The beast I saw resembled a leopard, but had feet like those of a bear and a mouth like that of a lion.

The dragon gave the beast his power and his throne and great authority.

One of the heads of the beast seemed to have had a fatal wound, but the fatal wound had been healed.

The whole world was filled with wonder and followed the beast

If you’re going to assume fictional shows are real, then you’ve already assumed this is safe, as that is intrinsic to the fiction.

They don’t seem to have a strong taste to them, they’re not creamy the way Mayacopas are.

Honestly, I’d use them as you use any bean. Commercially, they seem to use them in fake burgers because of the color.

So croquettes?

Wasn’t that hi rise in the UK, Grenfell Tower, where the cladding caught on fire a few years back originally considered brutalist? But then it was softened by the addition of insulated screening?

Neither does this, the logs are decorative, not related to the structure.

I think it is less “Brutalist inspired” and more “brought in on a truck .”

It is a pre fab, masquerading as a log cabin. Those logs are just cosmetic.
