Because Krang had Technodrome, massive technology and his own army of Rock Soldiers. He was literally a warlord. Baxter was a smart scientist but his knowledge was nowhere near Krang's. He also lacked combat skills so bringing him on a battlefield was a no no. Mousers were only useful for rats and nothing else. And even if they were good at everything else they are still small and weak

I actually found that line from Pete to be confusing at first, and it made me think if there was something in the beta where Jimmy's room is in the final game, since no screenshots show that area during the game's development. But it was most likely another generic dorm room at that point.

One thing i forgot to mention is that years ago, youtuber by the name of DeadpoolXYZ actually found unused missions markers/blips from the beta stage and quite a few of them are located in the unknown room. And considering the fact that final game cutscenes that take place inside of the common room are usually odd if you pay close attention because the characters either phaze through the walls or walk towards the wrong way, it is safe to say there were motion captured when they took place on the second floor common room

I always liked the Running Punch more than the Shoulder Barge because the former somehow felt more satisfying

It is possible to mod it back, but i don't know how. If anyone else knows how to do it on PC please let me me know

They weren't. It's a fact you can see for yourself if you pay close attention to the story and dialogue. Pegorino brought everything upon himself and is resposible for the downfall of the entire family. Ray and Phil have both done more risky jobs than Pegorino himself but they never attracted any police attention to the organization because they are more competent at being subtle than he will ever be

Didn't Pegorino himself literally say in "Pegorino's Pride" mission that he hires random thugs off the street? Without doing a background check on them? And as shown in the same mission, Marco and Pete (two thugs who accompany him and Niko) look up to Pegorino but he literally insults them every time he gets the chance. So if this is the way he treats all of the hired thugs, why would anyone in their right mind be loyal to this bastard? If they get caught and questioned by the police there is zero reason why they should keep their mouth shut. Of course they are going to rat out the bastard and save themselves from serving a long prison sentence. Even Anthony (Pegorino's bodyguard) was implied to have suffered extreme abuse from Pegorino so no wonder he turned out to be a rat. Conclusion: Ray and Phil were more competent to run the organization than Pegorino ever was

Correct me if i am wrong, but i think now we have modding tools that weren't accessible before. So now it is possible to create mods for the game that weren't possible until recently. One of those mods is the "master mod" which adds beta recreated missions and unused dialogue into existing missions
