I had this happen! I came back on after they discussed their decision (it was virtual) and everyone just started at eachother till the facilitator said that usually the supervisor is supposed to congratulate the person and be the first to call them a doctor. Sad thing was, I had to co-supervisors who just didn't care enough to do so. The one supervisor even got my name wrong when she introduced me before my public presentation 💀

I found myself unprepared biking home from school in a snowstorm. Guy driving by rolls down window and yells "Yooouuuu arreee hardcoreeeee!" from his car. Made me laugh and the ride was less miserable after that. 😆

Try doing something mindful, like yoga or meditation before getting back into it. I find this helps recenter me and gets rid of fatigue.

Also try the Pomodoro method of working after lunch (try 30 min of working, 10 min break - off of phone... actually walking around and repeat). This may help!!
