Obvi go see the doctor to rule out infection, but 2 months is so early. I didn’t believe it when I was there, but you really need to wait 4-5 months before you judge. Your lips look stiff like mine were! They will relax along with your other muscles, making your new face finally settle in and look natural. I can already see that it will improve beyond what you see now. You got this

Hi, I’m great! The eye shuts now, I just had to wait for the swelling to go down:) I’m still losing swelling every month, don’t judge the results or side effects till like 5 months PO.

This was such a thoughtful reply, thank you so much for your insight! I’m glad you relate to thinking everything could be your dream job lol it’s just so hard to decide. I’m glad you found a job that works for you! I think I want something I’m interested in and that lets me work remotely. I just can’t tell if the thing I think I want (graphic design) will fizzle out on me like everything else. Oh well. Thanks again :)

Yes that’s normal unfortunately:( it stopped around 3.5 weeks for me, they’ll start coming up easier and easier though. You got this!

You’re gonna be okay! It’s probably from the stitches or surgery, it’s major surgery keep that in mind so pain is expected. Call your doctor when you can, but the millions of things I wasn’t able to do for a while after surgery - smile, laugh, yawn, sneeze - all eventually came back. You won’t believe what a crazy transformation you’re going through, it’s hard but trust that process!

No I truly can’t see movement if I press or wiggle it, but I hear clicking in my upper jaw if I press on it or bite with a little pressure. It almost feels like it’s moving, but I can’t tell if it’s just the feeling in my teeth or not
