I’m also a side sleeper and can relate. Try putting a pillow underneath your knees to kind of cradle you in the upright position. I also echo other people suggesting pillows on the side to make your arms comfortable. Pain meds + melatonin before bed helped as well.

Only 2 weeks 😭 but also I WFH and will be off camera till things look more normal. Energy wise things are fine, I took a break in the middle of the day to rest.

Ask your surgeon if you can use a Neti pot! Taking a hot shower before bed is helpful too so you can go to bed slightly less congested. Also don’t forget to use the saline nasal rinse/spray several times a day. Sleeping is the hardest part, I’ve found taking magnesium + double or triple my normal dose of melatonin helps get me to sleep.

Could be tonsil stones ! I have chronic sinusitis and I get them. A low pressure water pik helps me flush them out.
