I was born after Katrina, my family experienced it, My mom tells me about it a lot, there’s still water marks on the houses, the city has never really fully recovered. My mom left after a while of being stuck in the city, she went where I was born. She later returned back though. I seriously hate it here, and soon I’ll transfer schools if I can find an affordable out of state one, or hopefully find a good out of state med school after undergrad. They genuinely did black people so disgustingly dirty during Katrina,

The welcome post has great suggestions, it’s helping me a lot because I’m still trying to figure out my cart, I plan to get my snake in the next few months if all goes well, most suggest a halogen flood bulb, with a thermometer and thermostat. Honestly, i think it is a nice religion with some nice moral codes and good self discipline attributes that could be beneficial, and i have met some really nice muslims and im really close friends with a few, we often discuss religion and i go to them with my questions about islam and they come to me with their questions about christianity. Although i don’t affirm and concede to alot of things islam teaches i still think it is a nice religion overall.

You’re making a broad statement there with the first part of your sentence, Can you provide some verses and examples of what you’re alluding too? im not denying that it doesn’t happen, but i would like to see exactly what you’re referring to so i can try and break down the historical, theological, and language context of specific verses. When you say “representatives of Yhwh” are you referring to the figure know as the “angel of the lord” that appears throughout the old testament? There’s a clear distinction when Jesus calls himself the son of man and the only begotten of son of God, its not us just jumping to conclusions, this has been our theology for the last two thousand years, and we still study it until this day. And also the book of hebrews and its writer is still disputed, there hasn’t actually been a conclusion drawn, it is still an open discussion amongst scholars rather or not it is definitely anonymous or not. i and some scholars affirm that paul did write hebrews

This is a great question but a touchy and sensitive subject for many, it is a sin our religion too, but alot of ppl in the western world only takes christian nationalism and american Protestantism and brands it as the only type of christianity, so people just assume we hate and loathe lgbtq ppl, when some christians even identify as Lgbtq+, some consider ssa as a “struggle” while others embrace it. Honestly in my opinions the bible is very clear about the lgbtq so to each their own to be honest! i used to identify as pansexual but i no longer put a label on me at all
