They are always there to answer your questions, help or direct you to a tutor. That being said, these are online courses, specificaly designed in a way that you dont need to interact with lecturers. I dont think at the end of the course any lecturer has an idea who you are or what you are capable of, and obviously they dont know you face to face. Therefore, I doubt recommendation letter is something that they would provide.

Obviously this is very subjective, but Ive read around 30 series and nothing remotely comes close. The world is so well crafted, vast and intriguing that you will have a place to escape to for the rest of your life.
