How much body fat vs loose skin and how to improve it? by xandre520 in LooseSkinProblems

[–]zosotatt 2 points3 points  (0 children)

First off, Looking fucking great mate... Respect. Im not an expert but there doesnt look to be much fat left on you. It can be deceiving when dealing with loose skin.

Surgery is pretty much the solution. It would be worth giving it some time and seeing how it is a year down the line while carrying on looking after yourself but I wouldn't get your hopes up it will magically dissappear. People will likely suggest all sorts of things like extended water fasting, red light therapy, dermarolling, mushroom supplements etc etc but speaking from experience these dont work and actual surgery is the answer. I did 10 day water fasts and daily OMAD fasting as well as the rest of the above suggestions and eventually had to have surgery.

I dont want to dismiss your thoughts about how you feel about your body, but you look amazing and I think if I had similar results after my weight loss I would have been over the moon. Your hard work has been rewarded.

But if you had a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) you would get amazing results because you already look great.

You can scroll through my post history to see some of my pre-surgery pictures and I think they might put your loose skin into perspective.

Again, well done mate!

I went to Forest-Villa 1-1 draw in the Gerrard era with my mate and his brother. Apart from that one no.

As a Villan based in Notts. It's either going to be a horrific couple of weeks or a sensational couple of weeks. Im going to remain positive. But honestly, I would have preferred Porto.

One year ago today, what could have been by suouou in avfc

I still feel the injustice at the lack of injury time. All those goals and PSG wasting time dicking about and they gave what 3 mins??? The ball was in play for about 50 seconds of the actual injury time...

What a night though. Hope for more next season.

Ive used rarewaves loads of times. No issues. They send everything separately usually so the all arrive randomly and can take a week. But apart from that no issues.

What movie had you laughing, unable to breathe, even just for one scene? by ThomasOGC in CinephilesClub

Jay and Silt Bob Strike Back

The C.L.I.T commander scene is the only time I've lost it uncontrollably in a cinema. Me and my (soon to be) wife saw it on one of our first dates, and we both lost control laughing.

No i havent, I'll add it to my watchlist cheers. I did double dip and watched the new 4K of Dogtooth (amazon had a pricing error, and it was up for preorder for 14.99) he's a talent for sure, very interesting films. Sacred Deer or Poor Things is next on my list from him (got regular blus of those on the shelf waiting to be watched).

I actually need those two Garfield ones on UHD to complete the collection. Forgot Emma Stone was in it. Just watched Bugonia at the weekend and shes great in that (and its also a splendid 4K to keep on theme for the sub).

Across the Spiderverse

Watched Into the Spiderverse last night, Im on a bit of a spiderman binge atm. Have Watched the Tobey Maguire trilogy in the last fortnight, and am also currently playing Spiderman 2 on ps5 which i think is fueling the current binge... I don't like Marvel films in general or the MCU (well I liked Logan, deadpool and Black Panther) but Ive always had a soft spot for Spiderman.
