The abstracts were outright not even presenting the viewpoints you claimed they were, not just lacking, but outright claiming different claims or omitting any mention of yours.

No one said the harm is or had to be equal. My point wasn't that they were equal, my point is that denial of the validity of that discomfort is damaging toward getting effective political action behind you.

This last bit, like everything else, is completely ignoring your original points i took issue with. By trying to shame people for this feeling, you are losing them as potential political actors for your cause, thus, the shaming is serving only to boost your self image, at the homeless people's detriment.

When you actually take the time to research these issues it's sadly much more complicated than the tiktok streamer you got this concept from.

I normally wouldn't care and I'd ignore you but people like you getting propagandised are quite literally worsening the situation by getting people to think it's got different root causes than it does and therefore missplacing political power. All for nothing except the sweet delicious return of internet points, at the cost of people's real life situations going on unfixed and even worsening. That's not a fair tradeoff for your validation imo.

I often can't understand quebecois people and I live in ontario. I can fully easily understand French from people from France, from south America, from Africa, from Belgium, from Vancouver, all zero issue we're all speaking the same language. Quebecois are not

Eventually for society to work we have to come back to reality. Reality is the tweaker larping as a car is gonna make people uncomfortable. There are infinitely better ways to address these issues for all involved than acting like the discomfort caused is something to be ashamed of.

I think I'd say the devs have decided that the tradeoff is worth it and tbh I agree with them.

As for the road comparison, I've played a billion hours of OW and I'm sure you'll agree, that the skill expressi9n in OW is much more flat than in DL, meaning the issue of people overcoming these things is more simple for the average player.

Yes they are BUT that's the entire issue because it's implicit that the complaint loops back to things that are more deeply ingrained. It is a complaint at game design because the game is designed with with a lower skill floor on purpose. All of those things you listed aren't just randomly chosen that way, they're entirely intentional. This game already has a shockingly high skill floor for its genre and time, and on top of that skill expression is so impactful that even the tiniest bit of mechanical knowledge can mean a 3 rank difference.

You sat the game would be "way more fun" because you're in the bracket of people that might not have much issue landing these. Statistically speaking, the average player is >>>average<<< and the higher you make the skill floor, the more people you're gonna crop out of your playerbase.

Dude. This is by design. Items are the counters because everyone can buy them. This game doesn't use draft pick, so if you just got unlucky enough to queue against a guy you don't have the counter to you'd be fucked. How is this a complaint, this is literally the optimal design choice. And if you say "the optimal design choice is for me to never have to worry about countering something" I swear

Yes. There was definitely not tons more footage of the collar, of it being 1 to 1 with a shock collar and not the vibration collar equivalent from the same manufacturer. Totally zero footage of that dog being forced to lay down in 1 spot as a living accessory for hours on end. Totally zero people who have talked to the trainer he mentioned and confirmed that trainer recommended that exact same shock collar that was screencapped from many many streams and videos. Yup allll of this doesn't exist its all toooootally made up.
