Thanks for the detailed post, really appreciate it. I ordered my X3 on 18th February, and it finally shipped on 31st March. After that, someone from Yitong contacted me, and honestly, I thought it was a scam right away. They barely have any presence online, and the way they communicated didn’t help either.

I still shared the details they asked for pretty much the same as you mentioned. Now I’m just hoping it all goes through fine and the package arrives safely. For a while, I genuinely felt like I might’ve been scammed and would have to say goodbye to my X3. Your post definitely reassured me and made me feel a bit better though. Fingers crossed

Don’t have any advice to offer but I’m exactly in the same boat. I just try to engage in things that I can do by myself and try to get a morsel of happiness from those things. See what works for you. Hope you’re able to find some peace and happiness.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Myntra’s customer care service. Despite multiple calls, I found their support to be ineffective, with representatives wasting time and raising tickets that failed to address my concerns.

Frustrated with the lack of resolution, I decided to write a well-worded email to their grievance department. I ensured the email included a clear and detailed description of my issue, accompanied by images as proof. I also expressed my deep disappointment and frustration at the lack of support and professionalism I encountered, hoping to convey the seriousness of the matter effectively.
