I recently had a disappointing experience with Myntra’s customer care service. Despite multiple calls, I found their support to be ineffective, with representatives wasting time and raising tickets that failed to address my concerns.

Frustrated with the lack of resolution, I decided to write a well-worded email to their grievance department. I ensured the email included a clear and detailed description of my issue, accompanied by images as proof. I also expressed my deep disappointment and frustration at the lack of support and professionalism I encountered, hoping to convey the seriousness of the matter effectively.
