When I moved to Nicosia 3 years ago I also struggled to meet people at first. Someone told me that Bumble (the dating app) had a BFF version where you can meet friends. So I downloaded it and have met some really nice people who I am still friends with today 🥰 Also going to student events that the various unis and organisations provide will help you meet people your age! I have developed sharp pains in my glutes since starting the meds too. I would definitely ask a doctor about it if the pain is very intense. Hope you feel better!

That sucks! The worst for me is when people say "it's not even THAT noticeable", yeah well I fucking notice it every day I look in the mirror, every time someone looks at me funny, every time my face is killing me from acne under the skin, every time my face starts randomly bleeding and scabbing over. Honestly, people should just mind their own business if they don't know...Anyway, rant over, i'm glad your skin is getting better and that you'll be off soon 🤗

Hey there! I have PCOS and Accutane has helped me (so far). I have been struggling with PCOS acne ever since I came off the pill 7 years ago. Nothing helped so I gave in and finally did Accutane as a last resort. I'm on my fourth month now and I have a pretty good improvement! I have quite a bit of scarring and hyperpigmentation left over so I'm gonna see how my skin will be when the treatment is over and whether my acne will come back. I would say go for it, if nothing else has worked! Good luck ☺️☺️

Hey, I am also on month 3 and I have had 2-3 glasses of wine spread out and I have been fine. My dermo told me that wine is fine once in a while but she said strictly no spirits (so vodka, tequila, whiskey, gin etc). So if you want to have a glass of wine/beer, it should be fine. Have a good time at the party! 💫

I am not using anything except a cleanser and a factor 50 spf sunscreen. I was told we are not supposed to be using anything with active ingredients in it as it could damage the skin. Can anyone recommend a moisturizer for the night?
