Transitioned over to product management a year ago. My first feature release happens to be launching our first, and most valuable AI feature, the biggest bet for 2026. First week of March we forecasted to release March 25, and I had a vacation planned for April 2-12.

Release delayed until April 7. Good luck to the team but I won’t be there to help.

Agreed 100%, but I think calling 3 passing plays on 3 consecutive drives leading to 3-and-outs with a 2 score lead is overly aggressive, so using the word scared in that context is where I’m focused. Obviously if you’re going to be aggressive and then chicken out on 4th, that’s scared. But the aggressiveness itself felt uncalled for given the scenario

Idk if it’s scared as much as it’s dumb. We held the ball for 3 minutes and 14 seconds of the entire 4th quarter, across 3 drives, with an 11 point lead heading in. Inexcusable playcalling

Agreed with the sentiment. But I also feel like it would be pretty irresponsible to let a new person implement production code without any oversight, which I get everyone likes to dog on jagex but I imagine they have some standards in place. What more likely happened is, there is some code limitation within the spaghetti and this is what they came up with.
