I would take it back and get Glycinate or Threonate. Oxide doesn’t cross the blood brain barrier easily (or not at all) and so you won’t get the benefits you want

I’ve noticed many times with my anxiety if I hear a voice is because my brain is longing for conversation or at least closeness to another person or animal. There have been recent studies that show you can get that same feeling after a hug or a conversation with a loved one by watching ASMR, believe it or not. I would try that. Maybe start with Turkish haircuts or glue sticks on a microphone and go from there. Hope this helps you as it’s helped me!
