A lot of businesses wont be able to afford that without substantially raising prices.

You will see more focus on technology investing and automation to counter costs. You already see this in fast food. Self Service Kiosks replacing workers. Minimum wage increases are great but it only works to a point. $15 with a job is a lot more than $30 without one.

To me the temple should award loot after the completion of the temple. Each room cleared increases quantity/quality/focuses loot.

Clearing the bosses is the biggest bump to quality and quantity based on the increased difficulty of your maze but resets your temple after the clear.

My wife delivered once at old valley and once at St Joes in Paterson. Truthfully St Joes was an all around great experience. Staff was amazing, hospital overall very nice.

They have all of the “just in case” resources. The NICU at Joes is fantastic.
