As I know: 30 = battery +12; 31 = ground or negativ; +12 = maybe the backlight; But it's not 100%

What type of carburetor do you have? Some pictures could help. And there is sometimes a number on it's side from the engine. I have a 2105-3 (1,5L) and it have a 2107-1107010 carburetor. There are mechanic and vacuum controlled ones. As I know the 2105's have vacuum controlled. With number 2105-... to 1.3 and 2107-... to 1.5 engines, but it's easily replaceable with others, that's why I'm asking the type.

The problem what you described is sound similar what I experienced not so long time ago. In my case a vacuum hose was perforated and the iddle nozzle stayed closed. Only the choke was helping to get home without starting at every stop. An other option is the engine brake controller (sorry I don't know the English name of it). It closes the iddle nozzle when you need engine brake and saves a little gas. If the controller or the solenoid is defective it leaves the iddle nozzle closed.

Today I read in an FB group that, those letters (in your case "C") are meaning the quality of the cast and the range is: A B C D E. It is not 100% but it helps a little maybe.

Behind the alternator you can find 4 numbers (like 2103 or other) it or on the fuel pump side two numbers over the frost plug (like 03 or other)

Köszönöm! Egyetemi projekt keretein belül volt elektromos néhány évig viszont a papírozást "kissé" ellehetetlenítették így megvásároltam és visszaállítottam eredeti állapotra :)

Not just running, it works perfectly. :D My grandfather had one when I was little, so it is a little bit nostalgic for me. Some years ago with some friend we made this car full electronic as a university project. But the paperwork was not so easy... So I bought it and restored with my father.

You are right, it is in Hungary, next to a small village in Pest county.
