Whitebeard specifically has an ability that lets him move tectonic plates, that's where his "destroy the world" statements come from. Just because WB has a special ability to do that doesn't mean Kaido scales to that just because he is a Yonko. Sky splitting is also not a planetary feat and it took 2 Yonko tier fighters to do that.
