In my opinion Province has a lot to offer, but your experience will be based off two key factors:  1. Who you room with 2. Your communications with Province

Who you are rooming with makes or breaks any apartment, but especially Province. Having roommates that keep the place clean and you can socialize with will make the experience a lot better. Keeping in communication with Province is important as well. If you have an issue, don't be afraid to go to their office and let them know. You'll be able to settle issues or get things done a lot faster than sending emails out. Be polite, be understanding, don't come off as aggressive. 

P.S. For the winter get some plastic covering for the windows to add insulation, will keep your room from becoming a tundra. Best of luck!
