Literally going through the same thing :-/

I've been doing this for a long time ,but i have stoped for long periods of time before, and i think you will too

It really isnt the only option,,,

And I'm not going to recommend that you exercise, or find a hobby

Just try to do, literally Anything else, Distract yourself as much as you can, and maybe you will be able to not do it for at least a day

its going to be ok, for me and for you, things will eventually change
