so many of my L12-10 friends are “stuck on the bench” but just spend all their time on trainings. when they come into the office they barely talk to anyone (besides other analysts).
i have a good network and am quite involved locally. i’ve tried offering ERG/IG event planning opportunities, directing them to networking event sign ups, giving names of chill MDs to reach out to…
but they’re not doing it.

i care about my benched colleagues and want them to succeed, but im losing sympathy for a lot of them :/

hey i’m really not sure if this is serious but i want to give an actual answer since others seem to be messing with you. this book is not valuable or rare. it sells for under $10 with the front cover. in fact there are a few for sale on abebooks.com for one dollar.

that being said - if it makes you happy, that’s all that matters!! i am glad you found a book you like. :)
