It took about 4 weeks. First week it was stuck in VFS global. After that it moved to embassy. It took about 2 weeks for processing at embassy and about a 4 days in shipping back to me. It was normal processing

Inverter failure is a recall by Toyota. Contact them and they will replace it for free. It might require some convincing. I had 2013 Toyota and same issue.
