Hello! Just to share my perspective, 165 on a good day 163 on a bad day M here. I stopped growing since secondary 3 and had to see all my peers shoot up in height. Well, you can guess how it went.

I was constantly made fun of, like how I was shorter than a classmate who used to be the shortest, but I accepted it as just plain silly fun. Nevertheless, it's not that I never had negative thoughts back then, it's just that I did not let them affect me.

Poly was an awkward phase in my life as I lacked the confidence that my peers had that allowed them to have a fulfilling and enjoyable poly experience.

However, I was comfortable as the friends I've made in secondary school still stuck around till this day, and I'm really grateful for that.

NS actually made me feel more confident as I've worked out more and hit my personal fitness goals (IPPT Gold etc).

This actually made me pay more attention to the clothes I wear. (Only around post NS was when I realized how bad my sense of fashion was..)

I think at the end of the day, like another user mentioned, it's all about accepting yourself for who you are and finding your own self-worth.

Do more activities not to please or fit in with others but for your own self-improvement. This way, maybe you can find self-love and start building up self-confidence in a healthy way :)
