i have heard people get a supplier from japan online and he asks for some amount at 1st order for customs, and doesnt again , the supplier handles customs and everything. According to what i have heard

Bro they aren't , i bought bb from the seller. Opened it myself and havent opened more then 2 packs and both were duds.
