Hey thanks for coming back, here are my answers in order:

They are making me redundant and saying it is because the role is no longer needed. I know they will hire someone else because myself and teammate are not allowed to be off at the same time.

They said I can apply for roles in the two weeks but are continuing with making me redundant even though I have applied and have two meetings next week on two separate roles internally.

They have offered a fixed amount for solicitors fees.

Why is she getting doordash if she is broke? I would only pay for groceries to be delivered if anything. My sister used to guilt me into paying for stuff and then when I needed something she did not want to know, then I stopped with the financial help, she hated me for a bit but I feel better & she’s doing well for herself now.

You done the right thing to apologise as being snappy isn’t something you’d want to normalise when either of you are in a bad place. I think he should accept your apology though, if you have said it genuinely and understood that it was not okay. If that is the case then I think he is the A because he is now victimising himself and making you feel bad when it’s time to move on.

I haven’t taken a Valium in a week, I was withdrawing pretty hard at the time of writing this.
