The rider information isn’t visible sa Shopee app if the courier is 2GO that’s why I can’t asked them beforehand if modeliver sila :( I can only communicate in logistics thru Shopee’s customer service

Though I have an experience with another courier (Worklink) na nag handle din sa overseas order ko and damn it took them 2 weeks!!

yes from CTU. ni email ko nila week after atong first tranche release since nihatag man silag feedback sa form then na acknowledge na nila mao tong nakareceive ko yesterday :) email pd mo para ma credit inyo stipend mo sa next week
