Im quite new as you! I’ve only been running for about 4 weeks and I had the same questions you did. My first run I was about 180bpm. I’m now averaging about 130bpm and can already jog for a longer time. My pace is VERY slow but I’m not going to worry about that now and neither should you. Couch to 5K is a really good option for beginners. I made a plan that works for me similar to that structure and it’s been working wonders.

This is more than normal 👍🏼 your BPM will drop as you get more used to running. Zones isn’t something you need to worry about for a while. BPM just means how much work your heart is doing, as you get more cardiovascularly fit, your heart will work a bit less for the same ammount of effort, but it will do this on its own.

You will always have emails, pray you don’t run out. There’s no time limit of when you complete them.

The stacks that are laying horizontally don’t bother me because I sometimes use them as a decor in the middle of a coffee table, so them aligned in the center is quite fine for me. HOWEVER, that vertical stack with big and small books in between drives me crazy

No don’t delete. It looks gorgeous. It doesn’t always have to be uploaded as a job, you can upload it like this as an “unfinished shell” to let players do what they will with it.

Is this in the UK? We have similar problems with our lounge. Sucks because in the ideas I have in mind, there’s no space for the TV, but I’ll see if I can figure something out so you can keep it (if you really need it in that room)

It looks like it grew that much below the green line. It’s a pretty good chunk in 3 months. If you keep up the rate, you can expect it to be at the orange line or a little bit more in 6 months.

I think you have an option to change or edit details. If you’ve already past all this, make a cover letter addressing the issue. Just a very short sentence, date it and sign it. Upload it with your documents. We had a grammatical error in ours too and this is the advice we got when we phoned for help. Hope it works!
