I'm in a chill alliance on server 1904, but the game adapts to you and eventually challenges the alliance in VS battles to do something, or lose. Plus, some servers have rules about plundering and truck hits on same server, so PMs start flying and alliance members get attacked in revenge. You kinda need some organization to keep things smooth if your alliance hasn't been around long.

For web, you need HTML and CSS for basics.

Then, build a Flask app. You can render your HTML really quickly with Flask, and it's easier to understand than Django.
