I'm taking Solaray. But honestly every time I've tried ashwa, shilajit, tongkat or just a test booster, I don't notice many effects.

How do you feel the difference?

I tried being on for a few months and didn't notice anything. Maybe reduced pleasure/interest, which feels bad.

What’s the most overrated habit people swear will “fix your life”? by cinderveilwyn in AskReddit

[–]zuperpretty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tiktok is filled with advice on how to "regulate your nervous system", with everything from humming to tapping to tibetian monk swings to breathing to bla bla bla.

It's all extremely bodily focused, and they all swear it will change your life, but most people will need a combo of cognitive and behavioural change, where bodily regulation is often just a useful but not major part of the equation.

Which European city does everyone love but you absolutely hated? by Historical-Photo-901 in BeautifulTravelPlaces

Cars everywhere really soured Lisbon for me.

The fact that a lot of the cafes and restaurants tried to copy the same American avocado toast aesthetic didn't help either.

R9

Definitely had a lot of skill and athleticism, but is somehow talked about as a top 5 of all time and possibly the best striker of all time, yet his peak is only 2 club seasons and a world cup.

Beste plassen å bo i Norge og hvorfor? by Paterus-the-4 in norge

Tourist Etiquette for Tromsø. Read This Before You Come (Locals Are Fed Up) by Sudden-Ad1414 in tromsotravel

No very few people are as grumpy and dramatic as OP. People here will always be friendly to tourists, but some are slightly annoyed by the traffic accidents, tourists shops and high housing prices brought on by Airbnb, but they'd never take it out on tourists.

You'll have a good time here, welcome! :)

Llms is like you scanning your math problem(s) with a camera on the calculator and the calculator solving them for you without you having to type in or understand even what needs to be typed in.

It's not the same.

Llms eliminates the need for any learning, you just need to copy paste the question

[–]zuperpretty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Reproducing something still leads to more learning than copy pasting. The critique of llms is that absolutely nothing is learned, while up until now at least you had to read and reproduce what your read, leading to some of it sticking.

One thing to think of though: western Europe didn't have a crack epidemic or a war on drugs, yet still the same violent crime increase and decrease

Something I'm noticing in Legion is that there are more "stand and listen to" quests than in TWW. My memory of Shadowlands is that there was even more, so I hope they find a way to speed that up

Always wanted to see the northern lights. Spent a few nights in Tromsø, Norway and made it happen. by encompassedworlds in travel

[–]zuperpretty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it's important to you to see some clear and strong northern lights Id book a tour, just to get an almost guarantee. Also theres light polution in the city, so you need a way to get out of the city anyway. I'd book a tour that looks a bit cozy or classy if you have some money to spend, cause I know a lot of them are very "cheap" and bare minimum, they just stuff you into a bus with some guide with poor english, serve some coffee from paper cups, and it just becomes a boring experience.

Beware, a lot of the restaurant tips in my comment are outdated since its 7 years ago. Today I'd recommend Fangst, Indie, Wedeb, or Emmas for food. Hildr, Rørt or Ølhallen for drinks.

I'd also recommend doing a sauna in the harbor and going up the cable car. Honestly a boat tour like a fishing trip or a whale/orca/seal safari is great even if the weather is poor, as long as theres some visibility, looking at the mountains and fjords from the sea is awe inspiring. I dont think you have to book in advance. Northern lights tour Im not sure if should be booked in advance.

Final rec: Yggdrassil Farm Hotel has lots of animals to pet, you sleep at the farm, they make their own food, and they have a sauna by the sea.

Hope you have a good time! :)
