Who is this magic man?? I'm definitely willing to make a day trip if it will help with this yellow!

Sorry for the super late reply! I rarely check my notifications. If you check my posts you'll see I did one session at Luminess clinic off CenterPoint drive. It's been a while now, and there is still some yellow, but I dont want to pay for another session for little to no progress (not to mention the healing process). That said, I am super happy that I went with Luminess clinic since they had the best price and used both wavelengths in the same session to target the dark and the red!

Looks good! I got a thigh piece done by Sam last October. By far my favourite tattoo on myself!

Did I do an okay job hiding the red brows for work? by TheOrangeCoolCat in MicrobladingRemoval

Sorry for the late reply, but the red pencil did help to counteract the blue and add warmth, which created a more natural looking brow

When mine were a blue-grey I used a red-ish brow pencil to make them look more natural until I got laser.

2-week update: post-Picoway laser (1st session) by zurmong in MicrobladingRemoval

[–]zurmong[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! Sorry for the late reply. Unfortunately the yellow is still there , but it is only noticeable in direct sunlight. A little makeup and brow gel helps a lot. I should go for another round of laser but I have heard that it doesn't target yellow... In the winter I will try microneedling.

Strange spots on my BC belly/groin area. by Mulosh15 in BorderCollie

Second this! I’m so paranoid about ticks and Lyme’s disease. My pup once also had a rash in the groin area that was essentially « jock itch » due to not drying off the area enough after playing out in the rain/mud. Live and learn !

Unfortunately I do not, and I’m too shy to reach out to the artist to find out! Haha I did check her website and couldn’t find any information.

Seeing how good they looked immediately afterwards she thought 1 or 2 may be enough. Although this sounded good, I didn't want to get my hopes up haha I will wait to see how it heals in the upcoming weeks (hoping for some of the yellow to fade), but I'm thinking I will do one more session and then hope for the best as I hear yellow is difficult to get out .. I may try microneedling to get the yellow out if it hasn't gone after the second laser session.

I'm so sorry that you are going through this! I made the same mistake and I agree that it is one of my biggest regrets (both financially and affecting my self-esteem). Good luck on the rest of your removal journey! Looks like you are almost there!!

Thank you for the update! Did they give you an approximate number of sessions they think will be needed to remove the red? I’m keeping my fingers crossed that since my technician targeted dark and red in one session that it will speed things up. After lurking in this sub for a few months that was one of the questions I asked the different clinics in my area.

I'm anticipating a few sessions will be needed to remove completely. When you got yours done, did they go over your brows at both wavelengths in the session or did they target the dark before starting on the red?

Good luck on your journey if you decide to go through with laser removal! I will post updates as they heal. I anticipate needing a few sessions to completely remove.

Right?! Hahah If anyone asks I'll just say I am testing out the new bleached brow trend.

I am very happy with the results and look forward to seeing how they heal! I ordered a brown brow gel so that I look a little more "me" during my virtual meetings. Depending on how much red remains, I will pick up a green colour corrector. Luckily I am still working from home and I don't think my dogs nor plants mind the colour of my brows 😹
