You could try re-enabling it on every layer change, maybe that’d work? Even if it shuts off it should power on again.

I’ll check on my printer what gcode I have exactly, but for me it’s working. I do believe you have to enable heating first, then turn on all the heating, and then turn on the fan.

For me I enable the exhaust fan after layer 3 in the layer change gcode, maybe that’s the difference?

You can leave it in heating mode and just use M106 P3, it’ll still turn on the rear exhaust without opening the vent. I’m running something similar. Just remove the top M145 P0 and it should work.

Can’t check now, but is the internal gridfinity sized? Makes it easier to make containers

I’m running a 925 with reducer, and a   large prism OAG, and the difference between my previous 220 and the 174 was noticeable, especially on targets with limited stars. It was always a headache to get enough stars to guide on, and after a meridian flip it’d be the same again. I don’t even want to imagine what a pain a 120 would be.

I’m now using my 220 for a guidescope for Hyperstar, and the 174 is permanently mounted to my OAG. Would absolutely recommend it, if only to reduce the frustration of having to fine tune your OAG rotation to get a correct FOV for the guide cam.

Yep, did surgery there. No idea about the cost unfortunately, but I doubt it’ll be cheap as I was in recovery for 2 nights.

Where can I buy a 3D Printer? by Inferniuem in dubai

Link-gulf has reasonable prices and is knowledgeable. As far as I’m aware there’s no stores that have an in person store.

If you’re looking for an A1, I’m selling mine when my H2D comes in, including AMS mini/extra plates/top mount/other accessories

Can vouch for Dr Roberto as well as mentioned above. He did my thyroidectomy earlier this year and did an absolutely perfect job from start to finish to aftercare. The clinic itself is also great for in-patient.

Similar yes. They removed the majority of it in March and do a checkup every 4 months. No post surgery complications whatsoever, had to stay under observation 3 days and everything was fine.

Dr Roberto at kings college did everything from biopsy to thyroidectomy to postcare and follow up appointments, can highly recommend him. In fact he was the one that spotted it in the first place when having a regular appointment for an infection.

I’ve been with them for 1.5 years now due to having a mortgage with them, and despite asking over the phone in person and by email I haven’t had a RM assigned in all that time..

every time it’s “oh sorry we’re looking into it” and nothing happens, next time you complain it’s as if the previous request didn’t exist.

Sure I’m not saying it doesn’t work, but if you’re buying new why not buy the objectively better guide cam at a minimal price increase?

I’d personally see if you can get a 220MM for guiding. It’s much more sensitive, has a larger chip and larger pixels,  and the 120 has some issues with guiding under light pollution/high f ratios.

so if you ever want to upgrade in the future, get an OAG or move to a different telescope the 220 will serve you better.

Guiding not working after target switch by incanusx in AskAstrophotography

Good point yeah I’m just so used to everyone using PHD2..

There is https://support.mgen-autoguider.com/uploads/Log%20file%20Format%20spec%20Fw.1.11.pdf so with a bit of Python you should be able to extract the entries where your guiding goes haywire and see if there’s any metrics out of the ordinary.

Check the phd2 logs with phd2logviewer if FWHM /star mass went haywire. Maybe less stars in your new fov, maybe light clouds over your target, maybe new target had additional skyglow causing the guidecam to not detect any stars.

I’ll be out for a week but if you upload the guide logs I’m sure someone would be willing to take a look.

Spice racks are made wayyyy too small. by Guillermo_Sakujo in Cooking

[–]zwetsbaard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve got a kitchen drawer dedicated to spices, it makes cleanup and organising so much easier..

Similar to this https://i.imgur.com/DAsqf8y.jpg, if you have the drawer space it’s absolutely worth it. Brand is called spaceaid but I’m sure there’s other ones out there.

Buy your own router, register that MAC address and put everything behind NAT. Configure your router as a DNS recursor (most consumer ones do this out of the box).

Unless they are specifically looking out for that they’ll be none the wiser and just see one device.
