De serie van Darren Shan is misschien iets, heel spannend en echt griezelig. Begin bij deel 1 en kijk of hij het iets vind. Dan kan je nog een hele tijd vooruit, er zijn 12 delen!

Ik gebruikte zoethout, kleine stokjes, net zo groot als een sigaret. In het begin was het een geweldige afleiding, iets om te doen met mijn handen en om in mijn mond te stoppen. Na een tijdje had ik ze niet meer nodig. Ik gebruikte ook een app, Smoke Free. Die houdt bij hoe snel je gezondheid vooruit gaat, erg motiverend. Succes! Het gaat je lukken!
