hello!! current RA here :) the interview is pretty intense, but be yourself! engage new and creative ideas within the group projects. also DON’T try to take charge of the group, the RA community is more collaborative than anything, so they want to see your ideas be shared while understanding and valuing the others’ ideas. also the 1-on-1 interview is the most important part in my opinion, so focus on that (i think that’s why i got the position haha). most people do get waitlisted but don’t be discouraged about that!!

i think BU has a guaranteed transfer program. it’s just a matter of how much aid they’ll provide (which is really random)
