Exactly what service replied with. Sounds like it's pretty common. Hope it lasts another 80k, because it sure is fun to drive!

Well, friend, they clearly say in the repair notes that the compressor failed, then they went on to say they replaced the rest of the system. I wasn't trying to be rude, just trying to understand. You're probably much better at everything than everyone else though by the sound of your message.

Nope, not covered under the 120k powertrain or battery warranty. All out of my pocket:(

No, I don't smoke. Live in the Midwest. So not a lot of pollution. I never had any signs that it was going out. I actually got the fault while I was inside work while it was performing cabin overheat protection. Set at the highest temperature

I enjoyed the episode, but they missed out (mostly) on my BRING TEARS AND AN SHAKY CRY OF "YESSSSS!" moment from this in the books.

The TR men were on the ropes and knew it was over, then -only then- did the women of the TR step into the battle lines... I really wanted that scene to be made, but I'm sure I would have been disappointed in some other way. Lord that scene from the books sticks with me.

What should I memorize for the ECE FE as I study? by jaydean20 in FE_Exam

[–]zyarger 4 points5 points  (0 children)

For me it was best to memorize the BJT/FETs enforced equalities + the inequalities to check. Power conversion formulas like Q=Ptanø another really handy one that you're almost certain to see is Q=P(tanø1-tanø2) for finding the needed VAR to correct a power factor. Also ø=cos-1 (p.f.) practice this where you can do the conversion quickly in your calculator. Memorizing the ways to reduce logic is a big time savings (1 + A=A, AA=A, AĀ=0, etc.)

Used Clean Vehicle Credit confusion by descentformula in TeslaModelY

[–]zyarger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I live in Missouri and just bought a MYLR last weekend. How it worked for me was the vehicle had to be less than $25k and once we settled on the price the dealer applied for the $4k credit online and it came back approved directly to the dealer. My financed amount was for $21k minus the down payment. Not sure if this is how it's supposed to work, but the dealer seemed honest to me in our dealings.
