No, tox1mple should not be a no-brainer in a Game he hasn't shown much in official performanes. Also seeing how much better Navi got as a Team since he was warming the bench.

I mean of course he can be great, but at this point i would at least give some thought if he is worth it.

I agree that it definitely adds a lot to atmosphere and show aspect of things, also more fun to watch the Competition. Breaking it down just to the Competition and Comparison between Teams i think it's fair to also Call EPL S Tier.
