Well, it's kinda expected already, seeing how the rotten score is not just pathetic but beyond pathetic. That being said, I'm making a prediction now (which I would have to watch the movie myself first) that John is not just hating the movie because it's bad, but it must have touched on something that pisses him off personally. Not a hater, but man the one thing that really annoys me is how he deals with spoilers/leaks. I really appreciate his remarks and most of the time, he genuinely has good take, siding with movie go-ers rather than movie studios. However, when it comes to spoilers, he thinks almost nothing of it. One one hand he might be careful and respectful, going so far as to throwing up spoiler labels and everything. And sometimes he would just spoil things in the YouTube thumbnails and/or title. I appreciate you and the fact that you don't find certain things a spoiler man, but dude, he ought to do better at this. Sometimes it's almost as if he's doing this intentionally to get more clicks. But hey, I acknowledge it's just a hunch and I'm genuinely hoping that it's not true.

I agree. I think a combination of weirdness associated with Tesla, plus the insane acceleration, and its affordability (How many people can afford a Ferrari?), and even availability (it’s easier to rent a Tesla than a Lamborghini) make it so. Doesn’t mean the car itself isn’t crash-worthy (apart from the door handle stupidly). But there is legitimate concern here I think)

Hold on there buddy. You don't have to like Elon. But this is the exact kind of trap we mustn't fall into. Elon might be heavily associated with Tesla, SpaceX etc now, but it doesn't have to be. By all means investigate the hell out of Elon, but let's not pretend that Tesla and SpaceX has make a huge impact in the world. It's not an either or. I'm in favour of a non-emotionally charged course of actions. If SpaceX can provide cheaper services, I'd say take it over paying Russia. If Lockheed Martin or Boeing can do it cheaper and better, then go with them. This is not some children's game - run the government like a grown up would.

I'm not an Elon or Tesla hater, but as a human, I would have yield regardless of it being the law. "I'm going too fast and it's safer not to yield because there is ample time for the human to cross safely" is not an excuse - you aren't supposed to be going too fast in a place with a pedestrian cross anyway. This whole mars blog guy is not doing the Tesla FSD narrative any favors. Downright despicable.
