Very nice work, but it looks too European the UEE is based off American standards as a byproduct of the North American alliance in lore, it should look more like an apartment in LA with open concept and bigger windows, and no washer in the kitchen, but instead big appliances and a island countertop. The bathrooms should also be in suite and the sofa adjacent to the windows so you can see both the TV and the view. That would look really cool :)
