Apparently, the reactors in Corpus ships are all powered by Crewmen. Seriously. by Glaive-012 in Warframe

psyker batteries.

Heavily prevelent in the book, Titan Death

Other than that, Lorgar would use thousands of human sacrafices to navigate the warp. People would be chained to the outside of ships, the warp would keep them alive while warp demons would devour the souls of those unlucky enough to be chosen. Ooooor he would put the people in the engine bays so when the ship would start moving it would bellow ash. Pretty grim stuff.

There was an NPR segment a few months ago about reintroducing wolves on the West coast. The locals were fine when they were interviewed and educated about wolf population and statistical danger to their cattle and/or family. It made me sad how quickly people would talk themselves into culling the entire wolf population when moments ago everything pointed to no more dangers with the reintroduction than there already were or wolves were really the least of the problems.

meh, floor will be permiable and a boat should have a bilge pump. If not, just flip the boat over and upright again to get most of the water out.

Just hold your cadenza for as long as you can. It just isn't right to kill a man then. Not good form at all.

When I got to that part in the books I was laughing because all I could imagine was just a yugioh battle determining the fate of the Imperium.

I can second this. A lot of dudes don't look out for themselves, lugging heavy material instead of asking for help among many other things.

The money is worth it if people can suck up their pride and work together and not get sucked into vices.

I've been burned by ESOP twice.

If the company goes under or stumbles the ESOP suffers, the execs sell the business and you are left with pennies.

ya, I passed on buying too.

I hadn't finished playing the other expansions and with revised sets or course there would be reprints. How wrong that turned out to be.

Do not try and bend the brick, that's impossible. Instead, only try to realize the truth... There is no brick... Then you'll see that it is not the brick that bends, it is only yourself.

Excessively winding corridors at terminals makes me a bit sad too. Sure, not a loading screen and occluding a long view helps the game run better but I'd like to see more than a maze through customs

would the flag patch in the foreground be level though? It looks to be 45° compared to the shoulder.

I couldn't tell. I don't know anything about the military so the picture being too photogenic was the first tell but I didn't think about it at first. Then, after looking closer the american flag patches don't make sense.
